Yantai Jinhao Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. is a heavy mining machinery and equipment company specializing in the production of gold ore processing equipment, re-election equipment, flotation equipment, mineral processing equipment, sand and gravel material production line, gold ore processing production line. We mainly produce and process center drive high efficiency concentrator, water mill, dry ball mill, energy saving ball mill, mining mixing tank, spiral classifier, flotation machine equipment, circular vibrating screen, grinding equipment and many other varieties of crushing, screening, grinding, classifying, mixing, flotation, cyanidation for mining. Equipment manufacturing is in charge of Jinhao Mining Machinery production workshop. Jinhao Mining Machinery production plant covers an area of 45,000 square meters and is divided into two production plants, which can produce more than 200 kinds of equipment for beneficiation and smelting, providing a full set of main and auxiliary equipment for mining production up to 10,000 tons/day scale. Jinhao Mining Machinery has passed the ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification and has formed a complete and strict quality management system in equipment manufacturing, which operates strictly according to the requirements of the quality manual.
As the turnkey service is the exclusive responsibility of Compose for all the issues of building the processing plant, the selection of some major equipment for the customer's processing plant can be determined by the rich experience in the past, so that the mine design and equipment manufacturing can be carried out simultaneously, which greatly shortens the construction period and saves the cost of construction period for the customer. In order to strictly control the construction period, Compose will make a detailed and feasible project schedule in the general contract, and the project control team will strictly monitor the work progress.
In equipment manufacturing, Jinhao makes full use of its advantage of having professional and technical personnel in mineral processing, combines process technology and machinery manufacturing, improves and develops 80% of mining and metallurgical equipment, and forms its own characteristics; in equipment processing, Jinhao mining machine production workshop has more than 80 sets of general mechanical processing equipment such as turning, milling, planing, grinding, boring, drilling, stamping, welding, coiling, shearing, etc., and also has Ball mill special processing machine tools and more than a dozen sets of special mining machinery processing equipment.
