User Training
User training: After project implementation, user training is provided to users
User training is carried out simultaneously with installation and commissioning to save the cost of construction period for customers. User training has two purposes, one is to let the customer's plant put into production as soon as possible and produce benefits; the other is to train the customer's own technical team to provide guarantee for the normal operation of the plant in the future.
Jinhao's technicians in charge of worker training are all technical backbones of the installation and commissioning team. These technical backbones have been working in the front line for years and have extremely rich practical experience, the advantage of which is that they can emphasize some details to the workers in the training that are usually not noticed but extremely important. Jinhao sends these experienced technical cadres to train the workers of the customer's processing plant in 3 main areas:
1、Operation training for all the operation workers involved in the beneficiation process.
2、Training on all common problems of mineral processing equipment and mineral processing process in the operation of the beneficiation plant, and demonstrating the solutions for the workers on site.
3、Guidance training for operation workers to master the operation experience, this step requires workers to operate the machine for many times to practice before they can master.
After the above three aspects of training, the operating workers can be skilled in the beneficiation process (crushing size, pharmaceutical additions, etc.) and beneficiation equipment, the customer has its own technical team, you can ensure that the plant in operation will not have a long time stop loss accidents.
