I. Use
Self-centered vibrating screen is a kind of motion vibration, can be used for metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, coal and other industrial sectors for the classification of medium and fine particle size materials.
Second, the machine structure
Self-centered vibrating screen series, according to the installation method is divided into seat type and hanging type; according to the screening surface can be divided into single-layer screen mesh and double-layer screen mesh two.
Self-centered vibrating screen is composed of screen box, vibrator, spring, etc. The screen box adopts the welded structure or riveted-welded joint structure, which is fastened reliably, and the main shaft in the vibrator is equipped with an eccentric wheel that can adjust the eccentric weight at both ends of the shaft, except for the eccentric made in the middle part. The electric motor drives the vibrator through the v-belt, and the eccentric effect of the vibrator makes the whole sieve vibrate. The spring is used to support the sieve box, and it also reduces the power transmitted to the foundation when the sieve is in operation.
Three, installation and commissioning
1、When the sieve is installed, the level should be adjusted to eliminate the skew of the sieve box.
2, after correcting the level, then adjust the inclination of the sieve surface, generally installed by 15° first, and then adjusted according to the actual effect when waiting for production.
Such as hanging, sieve hanging, sometimes a boom will be found to have a shaking phenomenon, this is the steel wire rope than several other boom steel wire rope for loose. Can tighten the nut on this boom gradually until the elimination of this vibration. Hanging sieve installation site conditions and so on vary, if installed in the self-made steel frame should pay special attention to the support steel frame to have a certain rigidity, steel frame footing fixed firmly, the total weight of the foundation concrete shall not be less than 6-8 times the weight of the equipment. When this equipment is installed, the fierce jumping occurs during the air transportation, and it cannot run from the center and cannot be used, it means that the rigidity of the supporting frame does not meet the requirement, and the reason is that the supporting steel frame itself produces the swinging state.
If it is seated, the foundation should have sufficient strength, the foot bolt should be fixed firmly, and the total concrete weight of the foundation should not be less than 6-8 times of the total weight of the equipment.
The amplitude of the sieve should also be adjusted according to the specific conditions of the material, the adjustment principle is generally this: coarse material degree, thick material layer, large specific gravity, sticky difficult to sieve material with a larger amplitude; fine size, thin material layer, small specific gravity, easy to sieve material or fragile material with a small amplitude.
Only the appropriate amplitude to achieve good screening effect, improperly improve the amplitude, will reduce the efficiency of material screening, but also cause the material from the crushing and increase the consumption of electricity.
The screen should be evenly tensioned to prevent any possible local vibration of the screen, which will lead to damage of this part of the screen by bending fatigue surface as soon as it appears.
Adjust the slide bolt so that the v-belt has a certain initial tension, but the initial tension should not be too large or too small.
Fourth, operation and maintenance
1、Driving:
① Check should be carried out before driving to ensure that the equipment is in good initial condition, check the project with the preparation work before the test run.
② driving (if there is a dust removal device around the screen, the dust removal device switch should be opened first, and then officially drive.)
③ should start under empty load conditions, and when the sieve shaft reaches the specified speed, then feed the material evenly to the sieve surface.
2、Stopping:
①Stop conveying materials to the screen surface.
②After all the materials on the screen surface are gone, stop formally.
③If there is dust removal device around the screen, close the switch of dust removal device after the air is basically clean.
During the operation of the equipment, the wear and tear of the bearing should be checked regularly, and should be replaced immediately if it is worn out excessively, and the screen should be frequently observed for looseness and ore leakage due to partial wear of the screen; in case of the above situation, it should be stopped immediately for repair.
Users should develop the safety operating procedures of the sieve according to the manual, combined with their own operating experience.
